The Red Riders (3-3-1, 2-1-1) had their strongest performance of the season so far, tying the PAC-7 conference leading Northwest Indians on the road, 2-2. Orrville scored goals early in each half with junior Richard Gonzales putting in the first goal at the 9 minute mark. Freshman Deninssonn Lopez scored the other Rider goal in the 41st minute off an assist from sophomore Tristan Wilson. Orrville held a 2-1 lead for almost the entire second half before allowing a late goal with 2 minutes to go.
The Riders play Tuslaw at home on Wednesday.
